According to D. Lgs. 196/03 – “Personal data protection code”, Kammatech Consulting S.r.l., headquartered in Milano, Via Ippolito Nievo, 33, entitled of the treatment of data, informs you about the use of your personal data.
We inform our customers that all personal data supplied through the subscription of purchase orderand/or the filling of invoice are excluded from the owners explicit acceptance since they are collected and stored exclusively on the basis of fiscal obligations prescribed by laws, regulation and Community law and, in any case, with the only aim to allow the proper execution of obligations deriving from the purchase contract in the interest of the customer and / or for the acquisition of necessary contractual information, always activated upon customer’s request.
Such data, within the limits of authorisations received, could also be used to send commercial information.
Data handling approach
With reference to the above stated purposes, data treatment is done mainly with manual instruments, as well as with computerised ones, in ways that are strictly correlated to such purposes and to guarantee the security and privacy of data itself, always in compliance of provisions set forth in art. 11 of D.Lgs. n. 196/03.
